Hey, The azure ir which is the default ir has a range of IP address depending on the region of the ADF. In order for you to have a static IP, you can use self hosted ir wherein you would have to install a gateway on a server which would act as a bridge between ADF and your source/sink. The server on which you would host your IR would have a static public IP which you can provide to your client
Add a public i.p. to data factory

I'd like to set up a public static i.p. to data factory, so my client could whitelist me in his firewall.
I went through all of the documentation, created virtual network(s) & public i.p.(s).
When I try to create a new Integration runtime, in the advanced settings I checked "Select a VNet for your Azure-SSIS Integration Runtime" but I can't find my virtual networks, neither my i.p.'s under "Vnet name" and "select first public i.p." field drop downs, and they are set under the same subscription and location selected in the above fields.
How can I resolve it?
Thanks
