New phone can't log into my accounts

I had to buy a new phone my old phone broke. My college uses the Authenticator for the website to get our assignments and to log into our emails. The code pops up on my laptop but no option to type it into the app on my phone. I tried to reset but need access to my school email which I do not have. Is there a help desk number that I can call?

    Hey there, Jourdan Pedone

    You may be better reaching out to your school, they will be able to reset the security method from your account using the admin portal. Once they have done this, you should be able to re-add your authentication method on your new device.

    In addition, as you have had trouble accessing your assignments. The school may be able to provide you with an extension.
