Verification for domain validation keeps failing

Hello,

I've tried to get my domain verified several times but I receive an error that it can't be verified. I've submitted documentation from Bluehost by domain provider and had the Microsoft Business Assistance group look into the matter. Neither party can identify that an error exists.

Please advise.
