Hi Ekambaram Achari,
Thank you for reaching out on the Microsoft Q&A Forum.
we apologize for the inconvenience and understand your concern regarding the module completion issue. Please follow these steps to resolve the problem:
Not connected to your Microsoft account: Ensure you are logged into your Microsoft account while accessing the course. Progress is saved only when you are connected to your account.
Using a different Microsoft account: Double-check that you are using the same Microsoft account you initially used to complete the module. Using multiple accounts can lead to confusion about where your progress is stored.
Learning profile mismatch: Verify your learning profile in Microsoft Learn. Your completed tasks and progress are tied to your profile. Once you reconnect and complete any pending tasks, your progress and CXP levels should sync correctly. Sometimes, the main page updates within minutes, but occasionally it can take a couple of hours. I recommend refreshing the page periodically over the next few hours to check if it shows 100% completion.
As mentioned by Anthony LAVABRE and Micael Tchapmi, the issue may be due to multiple accounts. Please check your learning profile, complete pending tasks to sync progress and CXP levels, and reach out if further assistance is needed.
