Cannot sign up for pay as you go subscription

Question

Cannot pass identification by phone number. Ukrainian carrier, the phone number is correct.

Getting error:

We’re unable to validate your phone number

Phone validation is required to confirm your identity and complete the signup.

Reenter your SMS verification code, or try again with a different phone number.

I'm pretty sure that the issue is not in the phone. Can you advise on the next steps?

Here are some additional information:

You can use any phone number for verification as long as it meets the requirements. The phone number that you enter for verification isn't stored as a contact number for the account.

• A Voice-over-IP (VoiP) phone number can't be used for the phone verification process
• Check that your phone can receive calls or SMS messages from a United States-based telephone number.
• Double-check the phone number that you enter, including the country code that you select in the drop-down menu.
• If your phone doesn't receive text messages (SMS), try the Call me option.

Source: No verification text message or phone callMake sure to select the right country code in the drop-down and enter the phone number without the country code.
