WHen I post a question, after the puzzle and submit, I get 404 page not found.

It's an irritating behaviour of this site, indeed. The query appears eventually, but there can be a delay of 15-20 minutes.

Or, perhaps a delay of one and a half hours, or maybe a 3 hour delay. And before jumping to defend this useless forum, I have experienced those delays at times.
