i cant login the Administrator account

Question

I discovered that I cannot log in to my organization administrator account in December 2024. When I tried to change the password for this account, it prompted me that the email account does not exist. Later, when I attempted to log in using the account name, it showed multiple login failures and I chose to reset my password. However, the recovery email is not mine. I suspect that my account has been compromised, but there are no warnings on my Windows Authenticator either. I would appreciate your help in recovering my account.
