Certification AZ-900: my system MacOS is unable to run OneVue i would like to take it in person

Question

I have been trying to run the oneVue app on MacOS it runs everything fine but get stuck at the end unable to open anything. I am unable to take the test is there a way to change the test to take it physically?
I have tried everything, disabling state manager, adding input monitoring permission along with other permission, nothing is working out. its Mac Pro with M2, OS 15.2.
