The Azure for Students subscription offers access to certain free-tier services and supports limited VM sizes, such as specific B-series virtual machine. You might consider creating VM sizes like B1s or B1ms, which are typically supported under student subscriptions.
Virtual machine creation might also be restricted in specific regions or due to quota limitations. Please ensure that the selected region has sufficient quotas for VM creation. If not, consider creating the VM in a different region.
The Azure for Students subscription has limited quotas for resources, such as vCPUs, storage, and networks.
