Hello, how do we get a BAA between Diliko and Microsoft for processing our Customers' HIPAA and Financial Data.

To establish a BAA between Diliko and Microsoft for processing HIPAA and financial data, review the Microsoft services you plan to use (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365) to confirm they are covered under Microsoft's HIPAA BAA. Then, contact Microsoft Support via the Azure or Microsoft 365 portals to initiate the process. Microsoft will guide you through their compliance portal to review and sign the BAA electronically.
