SharePoint 2016 Open with Explorer SSO

Question

My SharePoint site able to authenticate via SSO however when user open the Open with Explorer in the document library it will still prompt for authentication. I have added the SharePoint site into the intranet zone in internet settings. Any help?

Based on your description, we want to confirm:

1. Can you use this feature by entering valid information after pop-up authentication?
2. Do all users encounter this issue or only some users?

You could try to:

1. Add SharePoint to Trusted Sites
2. Modify data inside Credentials Manager
3. Create a new registry entry
