I started the Build AI apps with Microsoft Azure services and best practices using a personal subscription. ran into typical roadblocks (old infrastructure etc) But was blocked by creating AKS cluster because it wouldn't allow me to create a cluster with B4ms pods because it wouldn't be able to "schedule" them. Then tried to shift to more robust nodes and needed to request quotas. Then I looked at the costs of the VMs per month and well it ends being cost prohibitive to just do even one course.
Is there a pathway like a sandbox subscription that you can at a low cost complete these challenges without incurring unnecessary costs.
