I tried to share the URL of my microsoft form i created but it is saying form can no longer be accessed the account associated with this form has been blocked

I tried to share the URL of my Microsoft for I created but it is saying form can no longer be accessed the account associated with this form has been blocked but I have unblocked the account and I can use it again but still unable to share the URL. How can i unblock the form?
