I have two expired cc's tied to my personal account that I can not remove due to the fact they are tied to an Azure account that doesn't exist.

My personal MS 365 account has two expired cc's that I am unable to remove due to a pop-up stating that they are tied to an Azure account. When I try to login to Azure, there is nothing there and no subscription exist. I'm in a loop.
