Factory reset my phone and now i'm experiencing issue with logging into the teams with my work email into my client's organization as guest in Authenticator App.
Hi, I recently factory reset my phone and now i'm experiencing issue with logging into the teams with my work email into my client's organization as guest. Previously my MFA will show my client's organization using my work email showing in the app. However, after my phone got reset and no back ups restored, the MFA is now gone from my phone app and i can't proceed with adding back the account for further validation process. When i tried to log in, I only receive the code that consists of 2 numbers asking for my validation but the validation does not pop up in my authenticator app because MFA wasn't showing. Hence, is there any other way I can log in to my client's organization ? I tried to leave the organization but it still requires the authentication to be done in order to do that. The admin in the host organization tried to remove the account and re-add them also can't because it still requires the authentication process.
