Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I recently noticed two charges to my credit card that I do not recognize, and I would like to request clarification and a refund for these amounts if they were made in error. Below are the details of the charges:

  • Amount: 470 USD
  • Dates of transactions: January 9, 2025, and December 9, 2024
  • Payment method: Credit card ending in [9568]

I am not aware of any services or subscriptions that would result in these charges, as I am only using free services. I kindly request a detailed explanation of these transactions and a prompt refund for any unauthorized charges.

Please also advise on how to prevent further charges to my account and ensure no additional unauthorized transactions occur.

    the best option is to open a support request with Azure Support:

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
