    Hello,

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:

Update Graphics Drivers: Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. You can do this through the device manager or by visiting the manufacturer's website.

Display Settings: Go to your display settings:

Right-click on the desktop and select "Display settings."

Select the monitor that is stuck at 768p.

Scroll down to "Display resolution" and try to manually set it to 1440p.

    Advanced Display Settings:

In the Display settings, click on "Advanced display settings."

Select the problematic monitor and check if you can change the resolution there.

Firmware Update: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your monitors. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve compatibility issues.

Try Different Ports: If possible, try connecting the problematic monitor to a different port on your laptop.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
