How to fix the issue of having name but surname is required in the Microsoft certification exam

I have scheduled for the AZ 900 exam on 9th of January. And I have successfully completed the check in procedure. After that one proctor came and told me that my name was not matched with the name in my ID proof and revoke my exam.

I have only single name in my all ID proof and certificates but whenever there is a mandatory

Second name required then I use to put a space and dot there.

In case of Azure certification, while scheduling for a exam date it requires some information like name address and all.. single name was not excepted there then I used a dot in the second name then it throws an error showing that the name is not matched with the given ID.

Then I use Miss Sabina and the same error throws then I put NA in the last name then I found the same issue. At last I put LNU ( last name unidentified) and it's successfully excepted.

But in the exam, they were not allowed me to take the exam as the name in ID was Sabina and in the form it's  Sabina LNU.

I had connect with the customer service and explain all the things and reschedule the exam but the thing is if my name was not correct then again they will not allow me to take the exam.

What should I do next to resolve this issue?
