Issue with Product Code Exchange for Microsoft 365 Business

There is a problem with exchanging the product code for Microsoft 365 Business. The system keeps indicating that more information is needed to identify the account ID, but the provided link does not work. Multiple email addresses and telephone numbers have been attempted, yet the issue persists with the same message requesting additional information. Assistance in resolving this issue is needed.

    This community use tags to categorize threads. Based on my research, this problem seems has little to do with windows 365 and maybe Microsoft 365 related. It is suggested to contact Microsoft 365 for business support to get more help.
