Good afternoon I need to reset my Microsoft authenticator because I can't log in to my account it shows me the code after entering the password but then on none of the devices can I get the notification to open the code so I can't access the Microsoft administrator to be able to open an incidence.

Kaila Sosa 0 Reputation points2025-01-13T17:18:24.3633333+00:00 This same exact thing is happening to me… I got a new phone and unfortunately didn’t back up the app but I can’t enter the code in Authenticator if I’m in the app already… it isn’t making sense.
