    Hello,

Since you're being offered 23H2 as of now, that means you may be on 22H2.

    On 22H2, 24H2 won't available directly, I believe.

Though, if you like, you can upgrade to 24H2 directly using ISO file:

Let us know if this helps!

    Hello

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

The reason you might be receiving the 23H2 update instead of the 24H2 update could be due to a few factors:

    1. Microsoft often uses a phased rollout approach for major updates. This means that not all devices receive the update at the same time. The 24H2 update might not yet be available for your device.
    2. Sometimes, updates are delayed for specific devices due to compatibility issues with certain hardware or software. If your device has any incompatible drivers or software, it might not receive the 24H2 update until those issues are resolved.
    3. Ensure that your update settings are configured to receive updates as soon as they are available. Go to Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options and make sure the option to get updates as soon as they are available is turned on.
    4. If you don't want to wait for the automatic rollout, you can manually update to 24H2 using the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool. Download the tool from the official Microsoft website, create an installation media, and run the setup to upgrade your system.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Daisy Zhou
