AU10TIX Verification ID Error
I have been trying to get my “trusted partner” AU10TIX Verified ID for the Microsoft Partner Center registration since last month, but I cannot reach the end of the process which would result in receiving the “Verified ID” to store in my Microsoft Authenticator app, to then move on to the rest of the Microsoft Partner requirements. After completing the ID scan and selfie on my mobile device, I get a “Success! we're ready to create your Verified ID. On your mobile device, open the authenticator app to finalize the creation of the Verified ID.” Which I do this, and nothing happens…. I have looked at the instructions on the entire process/steps, and apparently I am supposed to receive another one-time code (through SMS text) but I never do, nor do I see a “Verified ID” to save into Microsoft Authenticator after the process claims to have been a “success”, (just a dead end process that seems to be stuck/have issues on AU10TIX side), but since they are the only “Trusted Partner” that Microsoft offers in order to get this Identity Verification process complete for the partner center, and I have contacted AU10TIX to try to get assistance (and they do not help), what exactly am I supposed to do in order to move past this point to be able to complete the Microsoft Partner requirements??? I have opened two tickets in regards to this, but none of the solutions offer any real assistance, I just keep getting the same link to all the steps/instructions I am supposed to go through if AU10TIX didn’t have any issues on their end… How did anyone get around this issue???! Please help.

I have a Verified ID through my claimed domain already on Microsoft Authenticator that I created/was validated through the Verified ID process of Microsoft Entra Admin Center. I had tried getting the required AU10TIX VID both before I issued my own to myself, and after, and it’s still the same issue. I do not see why we need to get the Verified ID through AU10TIX if we followed the steps to issue our own credentials that follow the W3C digital identity registration process to verify our domain??
