My company cannot see my certification

I set up a Microsoft Learn account using my corporate email. I was instructed to sign in to the partner center and link my learn account. When I try to do that I get a prompt to enter a Microsoft account. I enter my corporate account (the one I used to set up my Microsoft Learn profile) and I get an error that says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account."
