Teams Azure Devops connectors issue

I am experiencing issues with the Azure DevOps connector in Microsoft Teams across both mobile and web versions. I use macOS on two devices: one with an Intel i7 chip and another with an Apple M1 chip.

Previously, I had configured the connector to send notifications to a Teams channel regarding pipeline deployments. Recently, I attempted to modify the connector settings but encountered persistent errors. Under my user account, the connector fails to locate any organization.

I recently updated my display name in Teams, but the connector still shows the old version of my name. When I try to add a new devops account and log in with my updated name, I receive a 500 error. Consequently, I am unable to update the notification settings or add a new connector. Additionally, I encountered an error while trying to submit feedback through the connector interface.

Could you please assist me in resolving these issues?

Microsoft Teams version 24335.207.3345.5574 The client version is 50/24120100213 macOS Sequoia 15.2

It looks like Microsoft will not fix this error. They gave an answer without any practical solution, and I'm not sure that the consultants understand the problem or are even trying to, because in private I received a message that made no sense. I have this thread in another place; you can leave a comment there as well

It appears it is still broken. Very weird they don't either fix this issue or remove the connector.

The issue is still open. Not fixed.
