My subscription Azure Subscription 1 is disabled

The subscription Azure Subscription 1 is in a Disabled state. I am the subscription owner and need assistance in reactivating the subscription to access my resources. There are no outstanding invoices or payment issues visible in the portal.

    Below article has instructions for reactivating your subscription. If you are unable to reactivate using the instructions or need assistance, I will include instructions for creating free subscription support request.

    If you need assistance with reactivating please create a new subscription support request using my instructions below.

    Fill out Issue type: Subscription management, Summary, Problem type, Problem subtype, click Next.

    There will be a delay, then some recommended solutions will be shown. DO NOT CLICK on any of the recommended options shown.

    In the upper left corner, click Return to support request

    Click Next to move to Additional details tab, fill out required information, email/phone, etc., click Next, review details and submit case. After submitting you should receive an automated email with a few minutes and a support engineer should contact you within 1 business day.
