I can't access my authenticator app

Hi,
I can easily reset my password using my secondary email, but I’m unable to log into my Microsoft account: ******@kenttechnologies.onmicrosoft.com. It always prompts me to enter a code sent to the authenticator app. Since I’ve changed my phone, I no longer have access to the app. Can someone assist me with this?
