Is Creating Confidential VM with Xeon 5th processor Not Supported?

I want to create a confidential guest vm with Xeon 5th (Emerald Rapids) processor to use Intel TDX version 1.5. Is it impossible nowadays?

    Below are the Azure VM series which supports Intel Xeon 5th (Emerald Rapids) processor are :

    • Dsv6 Series
    • Ddsv6 Series
    • Esv6 Series
    • FXmsv2 Series

    The above VM series are in preview, which means when deploying VMs that are in preview on Azure, it is important to note that their availability may not extend to all regions. Specific VM types, are often initially available only in select Azure public regions.

    Before deploying, it is important to confirm the specific availability of the VM type you intend to deploy by referring to Microsoft's official documentation or announcements regarding that feature.
