How to contact Microsoft support after an issue during the DP-900 exam?

Hello,

I encountered an issue during my DP-900 (Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals) exam. I was blocked in the middle of the exam without receiving any warning or notification informing me of any unusual behavior. This prevented me from completing my exam.

After searching for an email address or contact information to submit a complaint, I couldn’t find any clear details. Could you please provide me with the contact or the process to follow in order to report this issue?

    You need to contact the exam provider you chose (Pearson Vue or Certiport) - not Microsoft in this case

    Thank you very much for your response! However, I’ve searched everywhere on Pearson Vue’s website, and I can’t seem to find a contact form. It’s all just FAQs. Do you have any idea how I could reach them directly?
