In OneNote for Windows 10, when I click 'Share' in the upper right corner, I see that my OneNote notebook has been shared with an unknown user. However, I have no option to manage access, and I'm not able to click on the user and remove them. There are no options available to remove them. How do I stop sharing with this person?

When you click on the name of the user, does the manage access page opens up?
If yes, click on the permission below. For me it says, "Direct access: can view". In the drop down, there is a remove option.

No, when I click the user, I don't get the options that you see to manage the user. I only see the user's email address.

It is recommended that you open OneNote on the web page, then stop sharing in the web version of OneNote, and try to remove the user.

I am having the same issue. How do you open the web page of the old OneNote for Windows 10? When I use the mobile app, I don't see the notebook shared with the individuals shared on desktop.
