Do you mean that you have configured your MSN account in Outlook 365 and want to know if your MSN account will be access after the 365 license ends, right?
If so, you can access your MSN account on Outlook web mail. If you are concerned the data loss, you can try to export your date in Outlook desktop client to back up. More information: Export emails, contacts, and calendar items to Outlook using a .pst file.
