Linked to current case 2411180050003946 - Client Config Agent not communicating with Config Manager

Hi, we have an open case '2411180050003946' where we spent time with the Engineer creating a new 'Cloud Management' App registration within Azure, re-adding the CMG within Config Manager and associated cert to resolve Intune deployments not appearing on clients which had been reimaged (autopilot) and the Config Manager agent not detecting the Management Points, therefore the client was unable to determine it's role within a Configuration Manager\Intune 'Co-Managed' environment.

The CMG now showing as 'connected' and we're seeing traffic. However, clients with the original problem of not being able to receive app deployments from Intune remain in this state.

We need to urgent work with Microsoft to remediate this to ensure all of our Windows 10/11 clients communicate with both Configuration Manager and Intune.

Currently we have approx 400 devices they are unable to receive application deployments - As a business we have some deployments which are legally required so this is now high impacting.
