Hi,

I can not login to portal.azure.com from my windows pc. I tried 3 browsers, firefox, chrome, edge and also incognito firefox and everytime got the same error below: "Interaction required. The portal encountered an issue while attempting accesss tokens ..." I deleted cache for azure and all Microsoft sites. logout from all Microsoft apps and login again but result is the same. I can login to portal from another pc and mobile app.

Any idea on how to resolve the problem?

Thanks.

    Hello @Ertugrul Bozkurt ,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A.

The error message "interaction required: The portal encountered an issue while attempting to retrieve access tokens" typically indicates an issue with authentication or permissions. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

    1. Check Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): If your account is configured with MFA, make sure that you complete the MFA process. The "interaction required" message can sometimes appear if the MFA process is not completed.
    2. Check Time and Regional Settings: Verify that the time and regional settings on your PC are correctly configured. If they are incorrect, adjust them and try logging in again.
    3. Test with Another User: Check if you are able to log in with a different user account on the same device. If the issue persists for another user as well, it may indicate a device-specific issue.
    4. Device Status Requirements: If other users are also unable to log in, we recommend checking the device status requirement for sign-in. You can verify this with your Global Administrator.
    5. Verify Account Permissions: Ensure that your account has the necessary permissions to access the Azure Portal. You may need to contact your Azure administrator to verify and update your permissions.
