RDP azure vm issue

HoIm getting this error when i log into my azure VM with my credentials but it works with others like the admin.

"No login servers are currently available to process the login request."User's image

How can I fix this issue? What are the steps you suggest

    The error message you’re seeing typically indicates a problem with user permissions or network settings. In addition to Marcin Policht, please try below trouble shooting steps:

    Make sure RDP is enabled on the VM and that port 3389 is open in the Network Security Group (NSG).

    Confirm that your user account is part of the "Remote Desktop Users" group.

    Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

    If RDP access is still unavailable, use the Azure Serial Console for troubleshooting.
