How to fix PDC server sync with external NTP source?

Below image is about the PDC server system event prompt the warning. I have enable NTP client and cofigure NTP server IP is external NTP server IP address.

    Please check if you configure the NTP time server correctly. For more information to configure NTP time server on PDC and other domain machines, please refer to this similar thread below.

    1.Then please check if you can ping the NTP server.
    2.Please make sure that the UDP port 123 is open on Domain Controller.

    3.Restart the W32Time service.
