TermService is crashing on VM

I have a big problem with a Virtual Machine. I lost Remote Desktop access through all the ways. The only way to connect to the VM is through Serial Console.

I saw the errors written below and I tried to solve them using the troubleshooting that Azure has in the documentation but didn't work.

    Hi Gerard Garcia

Have you tried the scanario1 explained in the troubleshooting guide? Let's know the details if you are not able to follow the steps so that we can support better

Have you also tried accessing the server from another VM in the same subnet? You may create a test VM and access the server by login via local IP address. Check, if it helps !

    Hope this helps.
