Not received my Azure certificate

I done my AI-900 exam and pass on 19 September 2024 still today haven't received my certificate its more than 30 hrs, please help.

    Hi, I passed my AZ-500 exam on 20th December but still haven't received my certificate yet. I confirmed from Pearson VUE that they have a record of me delivering the exam successfully on the said date.

    I completed Azure AI Certification but received my certification yet on credentials or to my email, please advice if i need to contact pearson or microsoft

    I understand that you are encountering an issue, you can find certification under credentials tab by clicking on profile from top right corner in this site. Microsoft Learn: Build skills that open doors in your career. Please use the same email address, you used for registration. if it has not reflected, there might be on going delay from examiner side. You can contact your examiner like Pearson Vue or other site for clarity on the delay.

    Check Your Email:

    • Microsoft typically sends the certification link via email once your exam is passed. Ensure you're checking the correct email account (including spam/junk folders).
    • Verify Exam Results:
      • Log in to the Microsoft Learn portal or the Microsoft Certification Dashboard (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications/) to check the status of your certification. You should be able to see your exam results and a link to download the certificate there.
    • While Microsoft usually sends the certificate shortly after the exam is passed, it may take up to 48 hours for the system to process and send the certificate. Sometimes delays can happen due to system traffic or other technical reasons.
