At this time we are only able to onboard organizations that were incorporated more than 3 years ago. Trusted Signing Entity Mismatch
We've been trying to get Trusted Signing Identity Validation for many weeks now and are unsure how to proceed. Our company was founded over 2 years ago and we recently changed our name. We've provided paperwork from the state government that demonstrates the name change and our Organization Name matches the new name on the paperwork submitted. However, we are getting a response that "Upon review, we identified that the documents do not match the information you entered for your account. [Entity MISMATCHED] If it is not possible to provide additional documentation, please update your account information to match any legal documents already provided or your official Company registration details."
I do not see anywhere else in our account that we can update the account information to match the entity name. Where at the Account level can we add a Company Name?
We're excited to use this service to sign our app in CI/CD - something we're currently doing w/ a physical USB device. Can anyone help me unlock this?
