I had just cloned my stuff onto a new drive and now suddenly a Certificate is acting as an invisible Administrator so while i was messing with that i had changed my user from Administrator to Owner or something along those lines and now everytime i do something Admin related it wants a user and pass but theres no pop up for it and i cant disable the Trusted root certificate managing it Screenshot 2025-01-20 174838

Boot into Safe mode.

Open Command Prompt and copy-paste the following command:

net user administrator /active:yes

In Start Seach type certmgr.msc and hit the Enter key.

Navigate to Trusted Root Certification Authorities.

Try to find out any recently added or suspicious certificates.
