UNAUTHORIZED. Insufficient privilege to see the billing data. Cannot delete Pay-As-You-Go subscription.

Hi,

i interrupted the subscription process for the Pay-As-You-Go subscription. Now, i have broken subscription with the following error message "UNAUTHORIZED. Insufficient privilege to see the billing data.". I can not delete, modify etc. the subscription. Creating a support request is not possible, i get always the message no solution find after i answered the questions. Any suggestion on this?

    Hi Pavan

    Sorry very busy at the moment but the problem seems to be solved. After an hour i've got the possibility to add a role and then i deleted the subscription. Maybe the process was lagging. Thanks for helping, i will close the thread.
