I am from India while signing up for a free trial account. I am getting below error

We’re unable to validate your phone number. Please provide solution

As I could see, there are other customers also reports the phone number verification issues. I suggest you contact support via one of the contacts mentioned here:

You can submit a support ticket with azure support team to resolve the issue
