Microsoft Authenticator
I am unable to log in on my Microsoft Account. When I try to log in, after I have entered the password, I get a loop and a message to verify my account by a code send on the Microsoft Authenticator, however, I never receive those codes on the Authenticator App. I keep on receiving an eight-digit One-Time password code that expires every few seconds and I don't know what to do with that One-Time Password Code.
I have tried to remove and redownload the App with no success.
I can't send a message to Microsoft Support or Microsoft Authenticator support as I am required to sign in on my account to be able to send a query - and that is the problem - not being able to log in.
Is there anyway how I can reset the App and start all over again or at least have an online chat with someone from Microsoft Authenticator?
