Can't sign up to azure because of phone verification

Hello all,

I can't sign up to azure. When I want to verify my phone number, I have the following error message : We’re unable to validate your phone number. I tried everything, to change the phone number, change the account, empty the cache of the browser.... nothing is working so far.
