New Azure account under review

I created an Azure account with a hotmail domain I just create a couple of days ago to activate a Free Trial period. I was doing the process until the part when it requires sms verification, which I did apperently right, but after that the process stoped and got this message (the photo attached) since one week ago. I don't know what to do, cause it's been too much time to sit and wait.

    When speaking with the tech router or customer service representative, explain your issue to them. They will create a support ticket and escalate the case to the Azure Subscription/Account Review team.
