Hi Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing this regarding an issue where I am unable to sign up for free account with my phone number. I have not used this number before but still I am stuck at the sign up page and it doesn't allow me to verify my phone number. Attached is the error that pops up every time.

I am not sure what might be the issue I have tried to sign up using mobile that doesn't work and I have even tried with an incognito mode in both chrome and edge browser but no luck though.

Kindly check and resolve this for me at the earliest possible.

    As an alternative, try signing up using your phone. I have seen this resolve this issue for others.

    If that doesn't help you can reach out to billing support. Billing support is completely free, but since you don't have a subscription yet you can dial the global service numbers here:
