    1.Where did you login that occur this error message?

    • During the initial login of Autopilot laptop device ( Windows )

    2.Did this issue occur in intune managed devices?

          Yes
    

    3.If possible, please show the screenshot of this page that shows this error message.

    @SEA Kok Ping Thanks for your quick update.

    Based on my search about this error message, I find that someone configure "Web sign in" policy will meet it. Please make sure if you configure this policy.

    If you have deployed this policy, please make sure your device is Not a hybrid Entra ID joined device.
