Missing 50% Azure Certification Discount Code and Account Linking Issues

I recently participated in a Microsoft Azure training program and received an email confirming my eligibility for a 50% discount on the certification exam. However, the email did not include the actual voucher code.

Additionally, I am facing issues while trying to register for the certification:

I registered for the training using my Gmail account, but the registration process for the certification exam does not allow me to proceed with a Gmail account.

When I attempt to register using my Outlook email, I don't see an option to apply the discount or link my Gmail account to my Microsoft account.

I am unable to locate any step-by-step guidance on how to link these accounts or claim the discount.

Could someone provide visual guidance or detailed steps to resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The discount is applied to the Learn profile for the email address used to register for the event. The discount is automatically applied at the final stage of checkout. The voucher will be applied five business days after the event. The voucher cannot be transferred to another account.
