Apologies 石川敦己, currently there is no updates to share regarding validation issue. We have been following up with engineering team on timely basis but didn't get any update yet. There has been a bug raised for this as well. Whenever we get any relevant information, we will definitely share the update in respective threads.

Regarding the publish question,

No, an app cannot be published to the Teams Store if it has errors in the App validation process. The Microsoft Teams Store has a strict validation process to ensure that all apps meet the required standards for functionality, security, and user experience.

I understand that it is currently not possible to submit a Teams bot to the store.

I will wait for further updates regarding this matter and hope for a quick resolution.
