Not able to receive approval status email notification after access provided to access package.

i have one access package entitlement management, i have observe that sometimes approval status notifications ( if access is provided or failed) are not being sent to approver once the request is approved. please provide solution asap, that would be very helpful!!

Bert Proesmans 0 Reputation points2025-08-26T13:33:09.97+00:00 This happens to my tenant too; Some approval request notification e-mails are received and some aren't. I have collected proof from our exchange online logs.
I can deduce from internal feedback that this is strongly correlated to package policies where the approver is an internal security group (assigned members, we don't use dynamic membership groups in entitlement management policies). The symptoms are there when approvers are assigned in both first and second stage.
