How can I get access to the default graph index quota I am licensed to through M365?

I am testing out Copilot Studio and need to use several graph connectors to fully implement our test case. According to the documentation, I should have at least 50M quota units by virtue of having M365 and other licenses: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftsearch/licensing

However, in the M365 admin center under "Search & Intelligence" > "Data Sources" - I can clearly see my quota is zero. I have filled out the form, contacted support, and raised the case to our rep with zero progress -- so I am hoping someone here can help.

    Hi Matt Buckleman,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft!

As per the Index quota documentation, all eligible Microsoft 365 enterprise customers with the specified licenses are entitled to an item limit of 5 million per connection by default. Customers can request a higher limit of up to 50 million items of index quota by filling out the form at https://aka.ms/GraphConnectorsHigherCapacity.

We appreciate that you have already filled out the form. However, please note that this form is intended for requests to increase the overall index quota. Currently, we are conducting a migration activity to enable higher scale limits for all customers and their connections. Due to this ongoing activity, we have temporarily paused processing individual requests.

We expect to roll out higher scale limits by March-April 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Regarding your quota showing as zero, this issue requires a log check for your tenant. I recommend you raising a support case with Microsoft Graph, a Support Engineer will be able to look into this issue and assist you better. You can raise support ticket from New support request - Microsoft Entra admin center or https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests.

    Hope this helps.
