unable to link work email under Learn microsoft wesbite

unable to link my work email to my personal account on "https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/mrityunjaykumar-0450/settings#account-linking" due to conditional access policy blocking the login.

i am trying to link my work email with personal email so that my company can see my certification credential etc.

is there any shortcut to add/link account or MS support can do it for me.

    Below your certification, click View certification details, next click Print button above your certificate, select Save as PDF, under More settings uncheck Headers and footers, etc.
